Our Story

Susan and Naomi Fisher are sisters.
In 2022 Naomi barely survived open heart surgery. What had been slated as a week long hospital stay stretched into six months, three of which were devoted to rehab. After six months Naomi returned home with an altered body, a new set of challenges, and a reformulated outlook.
Susan was thrust into becoming Naomi’s voice when
she was unable to speak for herself during the first few months of her hospital stay. Sue is an artist and educator. She uses her creativity to design recipes that take Naomi’s unique needs into consideration. Susan has become a care giver and an advocate, providing physical and emotional support to Naomi as they negotiate challenges together.
